Cardio Kickboxing is the use of various types of kicks and punches with footwork and includes a lot of variations of squats, pushups, abdominal exercises and lower back exercises and stretches. Kickboxing is an effective cardio workout and it will never get monotonous because you will feel the improvement in your movement and flexibility in your body. Variations of squats and pushups will help you to tone and strengthen your muscles. One hour of cardio kickboxing will help you to gain stamina and to lose weight and inches. In this 1 hour session an average person can burn up to 1000 calories. (It varies from person to person)


Functional training attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries. Here we include various tools like heavy tire, sledgehammer, battle rope, TRX, medicine ball, kettle bell etc and set a specific time to complete each instrument in the circuit. This is also known as High Intensity Interval Training. Its benefits include increase in functional strength and improvement of muscle endurance.


Power Yoga is a variation of Indian yoga. In power yoga we practice a lot of asana in sequence without taking any break while holding them for 5 to 10 seconds so it becomes an intense workout and helps to improve body flexibility, body stability and helps in muscle relaxation and recovery.

In our fitness plan, we train 2 days for cardio, muscle strengthening and toning while in power yoga, the main focus is to stretch your body to prevent injuries. All sessions start with warm up, high-low impact cardio and strength training and end with stretching. So it is the perfect combination to achieve your fitness goals.
